Beautiful, pale golden-yellow color with gentle green reflections; a vibrant, luminous color. Active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles. At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches and pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness.

Ruinart is the oldest champagne House in France, established in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. The House has a strong affinity for the noble grape Chardonnay and therefore produces several Blanc de Blancs style champagnes. Adapting to the ever-changing natural environment, Ruinart has perfected its know-how and created a new expression of chardonnay.
