Baromètre Fitzroy - instruments de navigation - Comptoir Maritime

Inventé au XVIIIème siècle pour la navigation maritime, le baromètre Fitzroy permettait de prédire la météo pendant leur voyage. Le premier rapport de son usage à bord d’un bateau date du tour du monde de Charles Darwin de 1831-1836 alors qu’il voyageait sur le HMS Beagle sous le commandement du Capitaine Fitzroy.
